Fact 7: The Nepalese calendar is 57 years ahead of the Gregorian calendar. Their current year is 2074.

Fact 9: Nepal has over 360 species of Orchids and about 870 species of birds.
Fact 10: In the 1940s the first ever car was carried to Kathmandu by a team of strong men as there were no roads in the city.
