  • BRANNGO Conference 23rd April 2025
The BRANNGO conference on 23rd April was a great success. We were most grateful to His Excellency the Nepalese Ambassador for allowing us to hold it in his Embassy. 68 people attended and the keynote speaker was Alex Baker MP, the chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Nepal. Presentations and notes from the event have been posted on the BRANNGO website and are available to those who attended and other BRANNGO members. Please contact treasurer@branngo.org.uk if you are in neither of these categories and require access.
  • BRANNGO Workshop 9th October 2025
The Britain-Nepal NGO Network (BRANNGO) will be holding a workshop in London on 9th October 2025 on matters to do with British NGOs working in Nepal. Please use the 'Contact Us' form if you are interested in attending.
  • The Society's Annual Picnic 2025
Unfortunately the Britain-Nepal Society's Annual Picnic on 29th June 2025 has had to be cancelled as our hostess is unwell. We wish her a speedy recovery.
  • BNS Talk 15th May 2025
The talk on 15th May by Philip Holmes, CEO of the NGO Pipal Tree, was an inspiring insight into how the charity is helping those in need in Madhesh. The new venue, St Anne's Hall in Soho, was also a great success. 30 people attended.
