  • BRANNGO Conference 23rd April 2025
    The BRANNGO conference on 23rd April was a great success. We were most grateful to His Excellency the Nepalese Ambassador for allowing us to hold it in his Embassy. 68 people attended and the keynote speaker was Alex Baker MP, the chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Nepal. Presentations and notes from the event have been posted on the BRANNGO website and are available to those who attended and other BRANNGO members. Please contact treasurer@branngo.org.uk if you are in neither of these categories and require access.
  • BRANNGO Workshop 9th October 2025
    The Britain-Nepal NGO Network (BRANNGO) will be holding a workshop in London on 9th October 2025 on matters to do with British NGOs working in Nepal. Please use the 'Contact Us' form if you are interested in attending.
  • The Society's Annual Picnic 2025
    The Britain-Nepal Society's Annual Picnic will take place in West Sussex on 29th June 2025. Further details will be circulated to members of the Society in due course.
  • GBA Memorial Service and Lunch 2025
    The Gurkha Brigade Association memorial service and annual lunch will take place at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst on Saturday 7th June 2025. Details of timings and how to apply for tickets will follow shortly.
  • BNS Talk 15th May 2025
    The Britain-Nepal Society is pleased to announce that Philip Holmes, the highly successful CEO of the NGO Pipal Tree, will be talking in London on 15th May about their projects and particularly the Wildlife Corridor they are setting up to help animals migrate, to encourage bird life and restore the ecology of the region. Full details will be announced shortly.
